Freshly picked blueberries are immediately transported to the cold storage facility, preventing any loss of freshness and nutritional value. At the Pantelić plant, the berries undergo visual selection and mechanical cleaning to remove impurities and any damaged fruit.
The freezing process is carried out using IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology, which ensures that each berry remains separate and retains its natural structure, color, and aroma. Processing is conducted in accordance with international certifications IFS Food (High Level), SMETA 4-Pillar, Kosher, Halal, and, for organic production, according to Naturland, EU Organic, and NOP standards.
