Chocolate-covered frozen fruit is a premium snack made from hand-selected, fresh berries and fruit, such as raspberries, sour cherries, blueberries, and bananas, that are individually quick-frozen (IQF) at peak ripeness and then coated in a fine layer of Belgian chocolate.

The result is a treat that delivers a crisp chocolate shell surrounding a refreshingly cool, naturally sweet fruit center. No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives are added at any stage of production.

02 What kind of chocolate is used in the coating?

We use exclusively premium Belgian chocolate, available in both milk and white varieties. The chocolate is precision-tempered under controlled temperature and humidity conditions, which ensures an even coating that stays crisp and luxurious when kept frozen.

Belgian chocolate is known worldwide for its smooth texture, rich cocoa flavor, and superior mouthfeel, making it the ideal complement to the naturally tart and sweet profiles of our frozen fruit.

03 Which fruit varieties are available?

Our current collection includes four varieties, each with a distinct flavor profile:

Raspberry - Meeker and Willamette varieties, known for their vibrant tartness and deep red color. Sour Cherry - Oblačinska, a Serbian heritage variety prized for its bold, tangy character. Blueberry - Hand-selected, antioxidant-rich domestic blueberries with a natural sweetness. Banana - Creamy banana slices that pair perfectly with the richness of Belgian chocolate.

All fruit is sourced from Serbian orchards and our network of over 1,200 partner growers.

04 How should I store the product, and what is the shelf life?

The product should be stored continuously in a freezer at –18 °C (0 °F) or below. Under proper frozen storage conditions, the shelf life is up to 12 months from the production date.

Our packaging features a resealable zip closure, so you can take out a few pieces and return the rest to the freezer without compromising freshness. Avoid repeated thawing and refreezing, as this can affect the chocolate's texture and the fruit's integrity.

05 Do these products contain any artificial additives or allergens?

No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives are used in any of our chocolate-covered fruit products. The ingredient list is short and clean: frozen fruit and Belgian chocolate.

Regarding allergens: Belgian chocolate contains milk solids (in milk chocolate varieties) and may contain traces of soy lecithin (used as an emulsifier). The white chocolate variety also contains milk. Our facility processes multiple product lines, so cross-contact with other allergens is possible. Always refer to the specific product label for the most current allergen information.

06 Are the products suitable for Kosher, Halal, or organic diets?

Yes. Our production facility and products hold active certifications for Kosher, Halal, EU Organic, NOP (USDA Organic), and Naturland. This means the products are compliant with Jewish dietary laws, Islamic dietary standards, and both European and American organic regulations.

07 How is the fruit sourced, and where does it come from?

All fruit is sourced directly from Serbian orchards through a network of more than 1,200 verified growers. Pantelić agronomists work closely with each partner to ensure optimal growing conditions, variety selection, and harvest timing, following GlobalG.A.P. protocols at every stage.

Fruit is transported to our Kraljevo facility and flash-frozen within hours of harvest, preserving peak flavor, color, and nutritional value. This farm-to-freezer speed is what gives our products their fresh-picked character.

Our standard retail format is a 150 g doypack pouch with a resealable zip closure - convenient for consumers and designed to protect the product from moisture and freezer burn.

These products are designed to be eaten directly from the freezer - that is when the chocolate shell is at its crispest and the fruit center is refreshingly cool. Simply open the pouch, take out as many pieces as you like, and enjoy.

They also work beautifully as a premium dessert topping - scatter them over ice cream, yogurt, pancakes, or cakes. For special occasions, arrange them on a charcuterie or dessert platter. If you prefer a slightly softer texture, let them sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before serving - the chocolate will still be firm, but the fruit begins to soften just enough for a different mouthfeel.
